Burst, leaking, damaged geyser related issues

Gate is refusing to open?

 

Please contact any of the trustees via the complex WhatsApp group and whoever is available can try assist. 

Alternatively you can call the security at the front gate and they can come assist you.

Fibre/Internet connection not working

 

The main supplier for fibre in Stone Forest is Metrofibre. Even if you have another provider over and above them they are still the main provider and if your connection is down its most likely to be linked to a fault with Metrofibre infrastructure. 

 

For assistance either contact your provider and log a ticket with them or contact Metrofibre directly.

Application for renovations or changes to your unit

 

For all renovations/changes to your unit an application needs to be made via Pretor

012 001 9158ZanelleH@pretor.co.za.

This application needs to be approved by the trustees before any work can commence. Please note that the application will need to include details of the change/renovation, if possible a detailed diagram and the contractors that will be used etc.

How do I know if what I am doing is allowed in the complex?

My DStv is not working?

 

The complex makes use of shared satellite infrastructure, because of this we have appointed a single preferred supplier who assists in resolving issues related to your DStv connection.
